I ordered a pair or Chuck 70 Laces and it came to my doorstep after about 3 days. I was disappointed to find that they had brought over regular laces instead of the ones I ordered. Overall, I was impressed by how fast the item came even under covid conditions, but was not impressed with my item. Totally not worth the $15 i spent for just laces.
So far I have been waiting for two and a half months for custom shoes, where the website says that it iss supposed to take a month. With corona and all, there are of course delays, but I contacted the email a few days ago. It says that they would respond in 24 hours, and I told them I would like a refund since I've been waiting for forever and do not find it worth it anymore. No response whatsoever. No shoes either.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes for my daughter and I have yet not received them it’s been almost a month I’ve also tried to get ahold them to cancel my order and no one has got back to me! First and last time I will be ordering from them !
Covid restrictions forced me to purchase 2 pairs of converse sneakers for my grandchildren from the converse.ca website. I ordered the correct size, but when I received the product, the sizes were huge. When I tried to return the shoes, I was informed that I had to pay for shipping to Montreal, which I calculated to be over $40. Poor customer service during these times. I should have purchased the shoes at SoftMoc.

I've been waiting for a month shoes are still waiting in Korea delivery date keeps changing horrible customer service! Just all bad!!!!!!!!
Read reviews not all good but decided to order . I can't fault anything , from emails to delivery . Very pleased with product .

Converse.com has the worse return policy ever. If you buy a shoe as a gift do not buy early because of person does not try on it 30 days you cannot exchange for a different size. Wow!
I contacted customer support a few times, and each time the experience was great. My issues always got solved quickly via chat. Agents are friendly and knowledgeable. So I can say Converse's customer support is the best by far (for me).
Only one thing upsets me. A lot of shoe models don't have my size, and also I am not interested in shoes with funny prints, bright colors, etc. Would like to have more options for the Chuck 70.
I tried to buy a pair and the confirmation gave me a different size than the ones I ordered- like the site went back to its initial starting point? It cost 20$ for shipping and only gave me that option- and then I called there minutes later and they said there was nothing they could do??? They said I could send them back for another $20 in shipping and that shipping wouldn’t be refunded... So I am out $40, the company was rude, and now I have to waste my time because the site was acting screwy. :(

I give credit where credit is due. I had to send the last pair I bought back and they replaced them promptly. I was entitled for a % off discount that was not applied properly and they took care of it right away. I do not encounter very many businesses that have excellent customer service when calling their 800 numbers but the customer service people at converse are very nice and helpful each and every time. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. Well done Converse you have definitely earned your longstanding awesome reputation.
I RETURNED MY BLACK CONVERSES A FEW WEEKS AGO AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND THEY HAVE BEEN IGNORED.
